Konkeo T. "Kk" Phommathep

Konkeo T. “KK” Phommathep, 48, of Amarillo, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 PM Thursday at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Drive.

KK was born October 6, 1973 in Laos to Khammoune and Thongphanh Phommathep. She graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1993. She worked as a nurse’ aide at Kirkland Court and Texas Nursing and Rehab. In her spare time, KK enjoyed going to the lake. She loved spending time with her grandkids, eating out and cooking. She was a member of St. Martin Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Alric Wilson; and her significant other, Randall Clay Padgett.

Survivors include three sons, Calvin Wilson and wife Angelica, Alex Wilson and Randy Padgett all of Amarillo; a sister, Kimberly Shello and husband Arthur Shello, Jr. of Louisiana; a brother, Vongsavanh Phommathep; and two grandchildren, Alexander Wilson and Hirro Wilson.
