LaJuanna was born on November 14, 1934 in Amarillo to Edwin and Mary Lou Krizan. She was raised here in Amarillo, where she graduated from Amarillo High School in 1952. She then attended business college and worked as a underwriter in the insurance business for most of her life. LaJuanna married John Bustamante on August 22, 1974 in Amarillo. He preceded her in death in 1991. She was a talented seamstress and enjoyed gardening and reading in her spare time. She was a devoted member of the Cherokee Club through the Potter County Extension office for many years. Most of all, LaJuanna loved her family and cherished the time she spent with them.
She is survived by her Son, Tom Taylor of Addison; daughter, Terry Ford of Amarillo; son, Mark Taylor of Littleton, CO; son, Dale Robert Taylor of Amarillo; brother, Charles Krizan and wife Marrion of Amarillo; sister, Kay Nelson and husband Jack of Amarillo; step-sons, Joe Bustamante and John Bustamante Jr. and wife Patsy, all of Amarillo; step-daughters, Nancy Hendricks and husband Keith of Phoenix, AZ, Patsy Herbert and husband Chuck of Amarillo, Juanita Quintinilla and husband Art of Amarillo and Margaret Arenas and husband Tony of Corpus Christi; 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Bustamante; brother Wade Krizan, 2 step sons, Ricky and Ernest Bustamante.
