Larry Don Wing

Larry Don Wing, 61, of Amarillo, died Sunday, July 8, 2018. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Thursday at Cox Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Dr. with Pastor Mark Rector of Church Alive officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Larry was born February 20, 1957 in Amarillo to Eugene and Barbara Wing. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1975. Larry worked for several paint and body shops over the years. He owned and operated Larry's Paint & Body before his retirement. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time. Larry will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Wing. Survivors include his daughter, Monica Wing of Amarillo; his mother, Barbara Lea Wing of Amarillo; two brothers, Michael Wing and wife Susie, and Jeffery Wing and spouse Randall all of Amarillo; his special friend, Yevonne Adair of Amarillo; the mother of his daughter, Deborah Pfeiffer of Amarillo; and several nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorials be made to Children's Miracle Network, 500 S. Taylor St., Ste# 1060 223, Amarillo, TX 79101.
