Lindal D. Wagner

Lindal D. Wagner, 76, of Bushland, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, January 25, 2024 at The Church at Bushland, with Pastor Jeff Ponder officiating.  Burial will be at Llano East Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 7:00 PM Wednesday at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive.

Lindal was born July 19, 1947 in Amarillo, Texas to Windal and Lida Mae Beason. She graduated from Tascosa High School in 1965. She married Lyndon Wagner on April 8, 1966 at Bushland Baptist Church. Lindal dedicated her life to caring for her family. She was active in the Bushland Baptist Church all her life. She was a wonderful cook and loved trying out new recipes. Lindal was a devoted wife and mother who loved to feed and care for people. She would open her home to anyone who had a need. She had a special love for animals. She will be dearly missed all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and infant twins, Ricky Don Wagner and Cynthia Ann Wagner.

Survivors include her husband, Lyndon Wagner; a daughter, Stacy Spiker and husband Rick of Denton, TX; a son, Jason Wagner and wife Sundy of Bushland; and five grandchildren, Colby Spiker, Collin Spiker, Carissa Spiker, Kaiden Gillenwaters and Kylee Gillenwaters.

The family suggests memorial donations may be made to the Amarillo SPCA.
