Lois J. Green

Lois J. Green, 88, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, November 28, 2018. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Monday at Llano East Cemetery. Lois was born February 16, 1930 in Wheeler to R.T. and Maybell Watts. She worked for McCarter Oil Co. in Houston for 16 years, before moving to Amarillo in 1990. Lois was a member of the Red Hat Society, the Cooking Club of Amarillo, Creative Arts Club, and Amarillo Federated Women’s Club. She was also a lifetime member of the National Home Gardens Club. Lois was preceded in death by her parents; a cousin, Troy Curlee; and her beloved dog, Elouise. Survivors include her closest friend, Coco Partridge of Amarillo; and two cousins, David Schaub of Houston, and Joe Schaub of Kansas.
