Manuel was born on March 25, 1967 in Lockney to Manuel Jr. and Ester Jones. He enjoyed being outdoors, riding his bike in his community. He is survived by his sisters, Vicki Jones-Jenkins and husband Wesley of Chicago and Aleta Jones of Amarillo and 7 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Shawn and Brandon Jones and sisters, Dolly and Joy Jones.
