Mary Joyce Lawson

Mary Joyce Lawson, 72, of Amarillo, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021. No services are scheduled at this time. The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 6:00 PM Wednesday at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive.

Mary was a talented crafter and seamstress. She had quite a collection of eagles. She loved watching TV, and never missed her favorite show, Gunsmoke.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Jan Werner for the care they provided for Mary. Special acknowledgement goes to Ruby, Mary’s case worker, and Loretta, her in-home caregiver.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents Ed Baggerman and Edith Powell Baggerman.

Survivors include two daughters, Jeanette Bolmanski and husband John of Richmond, TX, and Patricia Cunningham and husband Dwayne of Amarillo; a son, John Lawson of Seiling, OK; six grandchildren, Raynea, Danielle, Alex, Alyssa, Ashley, and Alea.
