Michael was born March 24, 1981 in Amarillo and grew up in Canyon. He graduated from Canyon High School. He attended WTAMU. He was self-employed as a computer programmer. Michael was an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoyed snow skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and camping. He loved being in the mountains of Colorado. He also adored his dog, Colonel.
Survivors include his mother, Allison Hill of Canyon; three sisters, Cari Morrison and husband Colby of Amarillo, Kati Davis and husband Ryan of Denton, and Becca Hill of Canyon; six brothers, James Webb and wife Andrea, Charlie Webb and wife Brittany, Joey Webb and wife Shylene, Jared Hill, all of Canyon, Fred Potter and Marcus Potter, both of Oklahoma; an uncle and aunt, Scot and Tanya Northern of Midland; six nieces and nephews, Aubrey Webb, Jarren Webb, Ashlyn Webb, Claire Webb, Hattie Davis, and Jack Davis.
