Michael was born November 30, 1978 in DeKalb, Illinois to Glenda Livers and Larry Cook. Michael was not afraid to stand up for what he believed in, and never met a stranger. He had a good heart and lived life to the fullest. His friends knew him as "Kentucky" and his family knew him as the "drive through cowboy". He is survived by his mother, Glenda Diane Pendygraft and husband William of Lebanon, KY; siblings, Gerrie Renee Jeffries and husband Lamont of Lebanon, KY, Heather Morgenson of Elizabethtown, KY, Amanda Pendygraft of Lebanon, KY, Jim Cook of Lebanon, KY; 8 nieces and nephews; and his special Companion, his horse, "Jack".
