Michael Glen Wilcox

Michael was born on October 5, 1971 in Friona, TX to George and Anndrea Wilcox. He moved to Carlsbad, NM as a child, where he graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1991. He moved to Amarillo in 1999, where he was employed with Santa Fe Railroad for many years. Currently, he was employed with Enviro Ag Engineering as a surveyor here in Amarillo. He was an avid sportsman who loved playing softball and bow hunting and was currently playing with OMR (One More Round). He is survived by his parents, George and Anndrea Wilcox of Chama, NM; son, Logan Wilcox of Hobbs, NM; grandmother, Joyce Wilkins of Carlsbad, NM; girlfriend, Paula Hicks of Amarillo; stepdaughters, Taren Kretzer and Shanna Keown; step-son, Braden Keown; step-grandmother, Margie Wilkins and many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his wife, Amber Wilcox; maternal grandfather, Waymon Wilkins and paternal grandparents, George and Frances Wilcox.
