Mike Dewayne Giles

Mike was born on August 24, 1965 in Amarillo to Ray and Marilyn Giles. He was raised here in Amarillo, where he attended Caprock High School. Mike worked in car sales throughout Amarillo most of his career. He was known to be fun loving and outgoing, the type that never met a stranger and was well loved by all who knew him. Most of all, he loved his children. He supported his daughter Kelsea in all of her soccer games and loved nothing more than the trips to Mexico with his kids. He also enjoyed shooting guns with his son, Braxton. Whether it was a paintball gun, or an air soft gun, he always cherished that time and was especially proud when Braxton joined the Army. Mike was an avid fisher, loved to golf and enjoyed scuba diving in his free time. He is survived by his daughter, Kelsea Mann and husband Andrew; son, Braxton Giles; mother, Marilyn Garrett and husband Joe; sister, Marla Hinsley and husband Mike; 2 brothers, Marty Giles and Marc Giles and wife Dottie and 2 grandchildren, Raylan and Zander Mann, all of Amarillo. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and father, Ray Giles.
