Mildred "Millie" Mobley

Mildred "Millie" Mobley, 86, of Amarillo, died Thursday, July 12, 2018. No services are scheduled at this time. Millie was born March 19, 1932 in Quinton, Okla. to Robert and Willie Belle White. She graduated from Amarillo High School. She married Charles W. Mobley in Portales, NM in 1951. She enjoyed going to garage sales in her spare time, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. She was adored by her great-grandchildren, and her great-great-grandson, who called her "Coose". She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Teenie Crider; a brother, John "Bud" White. Survivors include her husband, Charles W. Mobley; a daughter, Shanna Paddack and husband Danny of Amarillo; a son, Sterling Mobley of Amarillo; a brother, Arnold White and wife Maxine of Amarillo; two granddaughters, Kelly Goodner and husband Gary of Amarillo, and Amy Earles and husband Justin of Little Rock, Ark.; five great-grandchildren, Ashlyn, Brooklyn, Codi, Willie, and Charlie; and one great-great-grandson, Kye.
