Miranda Brogdon

Miranda Brogdon, 30, of Amarillo, passed away on Thursday September 23, 2021 in Amarillo. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Monday September 27, 2021 at Journey Church with Pastor Sheldon DeVries officiating. The family would like everyone in attendance to dress casual.

The family will receive friends on Sunday September 26, 2021 from 3:00 - 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Miranda was born on August 15, 1991 in Amarillo to Randal and Wendy Brogdon. She attended River road high school and graduated in 2008. Miranda was an avid NASCAR follower and absolutely loved the Dallas Cowboys, she was their biggest fan. Miranda enjoyed time with her family and friends and most especially moments with her dad. They both loved playing Pool together. Miranda and her mother had a close bond and she loved to give her mother a difficult time any chance she got. Miranda was a dog lover and spent every moment she could with her dog “Journey”. She was loved by so many and will be missed.

Miranda was preceded in death by her grandparents; Bennie and Doris Brogdon; one uncle, Bennie Brogdon and one cousin, Brenton Brogdon.

Survivors include her parents; Wendy and Randal Brogdon of Amarillo; one brother, Christopher Brogdon and wife Tosha of Bushland; niece and nephew, Kinley and Mason; grandparents;Gary and Janet Stone; several aunts and uncles, Don Brogdon and wife Karen, Darinda Brogdon, Tina Mitchell and husband Rick, Michael Brogdon and wife Lisa, Kenny Stone and wife Kay; survivors also include a host of cousins and extended family along with her honorary mother, Cindy Cline Belcher.
