Nancy Ann Jordan

Nancy was born on February 19, 1939 in Sulphur Springs to Skillman and Mary Kate Dossett. She married Charlie Jordan in 1959 in Dallas. Together they moved to Amarillo in 1966 to pursue Charlie's career in radio at KPUR. He preceded her in death in 1997. Nancy devoted her life to taking care of her family. She was an excellent cook as well as an avid bridge player and golfer. She was a past member of the Golf Association at Lake Tanglewood, where she directed the tournaments at the golf course. Her greatest thrill was her hole in one at Tascosa Country Club, where she also helped with the junior program. She is survived by her son, Bret Jordan and wife DeeDee of Possum Kingdom; daughter, Julie Jordan and Ray Darnell of Amarillo; 2 brothers, William Dossett of Dallas and Dr. K. Mike Dossett and wife Beverly of Mabank; grandchildren, Brooke Jordan, Abby Kuxhausen and husband Ryan, Aubri Jordan and Kanon Boynton and great grandchildren, Andrew Nunn, Elise Langley, Dru Langley, Cooper Kuxhausen and Wyatt Kuxhausen. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Maurice Dossett and her husband, Charlie Jordan.
