Nick was born May 11, 1984 in Amarillo to Glenda Brown and Derwin Phelps. He graduated from Caprock High School in 2002, and attended Amarillo College. Nick worked for Rocla Concrete Tie and for Home Pride Center. He was an all-around outdoorsman. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, and dirt bikes. He was a fisherman, and loved boating. Nick was an extremely caring person. He touched a lot of hearts, and could be very goofy. He really knew how to cheer people up. He will be greatly missed.
