Nikki Larue (Kimbrel) Cordova

Nikki Kimbrel Cordova, 74, of Amarillo, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Memorial services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Drive.

Nikki was born August 6, 1947 in Amarillo, Texas to John and Virginia Kimbrel. She attended Sunray High School. After high school, Nikki spent time in Denver, St. Louis, and Chicago. She returned to Amarillo and worked at the Cut-Ups as a hairdresser for many years. In her spare time, Nikki was an avid reader and an extreme animal lover. She loved the Lord, was active in her church, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Nikki was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her brother, Pete Green and wife Betty of Amarillo; two nieces, Kristi Carter and husband David of Benbrook, TX, and Karen Proffer and husband Dr. Patrick Proffer of Amarillo; and one nephew, Chance Green of Dumas.
