Pamela Green, 77, of Amarillo, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Celebration of Life Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Drive.
Pam was born September 14, 1948 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Charlie and Estella Noe. She grew up in the Pampa area. Pam was active in Clean Pampa, keeping roads and highways clean. She was extremely proud of her work with this beautification project and won an award from Keep Texas Beautiful. During her time with Clean Pampa, she met Bonner Green. They married in 1993 and moved to Amarillo in 1996. Pam was active in her church and worked in the children’s ministry, which she absolutely loved. She was an extremely talented painter, but also enjoyed doing all kinds of arts and crafts. Pam was also an excellent cook. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bonner Green; and her son, Brian Locke.
Survivors include her son, John Locke and wife Mary of Amarillo; a brother, David Noe and wife Ruth Ann of Perryton; a sister, Charla Romack and husband Ray of Amarillo; eight grandchildren, Caelan Locke and wife Moani, Cody Wiebenga, Garrett Wiebenga, Chaeli Locke, Kayla Williams and husband Johnny, Brittany Dodson and husband Konner, Matthew Ehrlich, and Teri Lynn Ehrlich; and six great-grandchildren.
