Pascual A. Delgado

Pascual A. Delgado, 70, of Amarillo, died Saturday, April 18, 2020.  Viewing will be 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Rosary will be prayed at 6:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.Graveside Inurnment will be 1:00 pm Thursday at Saint Anthony’s Cemetery in Hereford. Pascual was born August 11, 1949 in Littlefield, Texas to Blas Delgado and Maria de la Luz Arellano. He married Diana Amaro on December 3, 1968. They enjoyed 49 years of marriage together. Pascual worked for Pacific Molasses in Hereford for over 25 years. He enjoyed working on the family farm, where they had cattle, horses, and many other animals. He adored his grandkids, and loved travelling to Mexico to visit his mother and other relatives. Pascual was a longtime active member of San Jose Catholic Church in Hereford. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Pascual was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Diana Delgado Amaro; and a grandson, Jose Gonzalez, Jr. Survivors include two daughters, Criselda Dykes and husband Joe of Sulphur Springs, and Erica Gonzalez and husband Jose of Amarillo; a son, Johnny Delgado and wife Adriana of Schuelenburg; seven sisters, Maria de Socorro, Gloria Delgado Rios, Elizabeth Delgado Sanchez, Rosa Armendarez, Flor Delgado all of Ojinaga, Mexico, Bertha Delgado of Hereford, and Maria de Jesus Delgado Jimenez of Odessa; three brothers, Julian Delgado, Arturo Delgado, and David Delgado all of Ojinaga, Mexico; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
