Patricia "Pat" Gray

Patricia Ann (Pat) Vineyard Gray passed away on June 1, 2025.   Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, June 28th, 2025 at 10:30 am at Second Baptist Church, 419 N Buchanan St. Amarillo, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Pat was born on January 19, 1945 in McLean, Texas to Gordon Francis & Onie Mae Vineyard. She graduated from McLean High School in 1963. Pat had been in Amarillo since 1967 and worked for over 17 years for MRL Merchandisers and Liquidators.

Pat was a long time member of Second Baptist Church.  She especially enjoyed her Sunday school class taught by Phyllis Howle and the many friends there.  She enjoyed helping with Vacation Bible School.

Pat is survived by: her brother Charlie Vineyard and wife Linda, of Nemo, Texas; sister Adella Woods of Georgetown, Texas; sister in law, Evelyn Vineyard  of Glen Rose, Texas, sister in law Jo Ann Vineyard of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; step sister Diane Gibson of Amarillo, and numerous nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews; plus her dear friends Ellen & Johnny Long of Amarillo, Music director Mike Cummings & wife Donna of Amarillo, Phyllis & Jim Howle of Amarillo plus many friends at Second Baptist Church.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, 6 brothers, one brother-in-law and 4 sisters-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to: Landmark of Amarillo Nursing Home or Second Baptist Church.

Lunch will be served for everyone following the Service.
