Patricia Ivon Henderson

Patricia was born September 25, 1927 in Childress to Ruby Ann and Richard Scott Reed. She was a graduate of Amarillo High School. In 1950, she married Morris Estel Henderson and they moved to Canyon where they made their family home. Her life's endeavors were fashion and style. She was member of First Baptist Church Canyon, where she taught Sunday school for seven years. She was a member of the University Study Club holding the office of secretary and was a founding member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority at West Texas State University. She and Morris moved back to Amarillo 20 years ago after retirement to be close to family and were members of Saint Paul United Methodist Church. Her passion was her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Morris Henderson. She is survived by 2 sons, Craig Henderson and wife Glenna and their children, Jaqueline, Kristin, Scott and Austin and Tim Henderson and wife Suzanne and children, Berkley and Hayden.
