Patricia Diane Stevens

Patricia Diane Stevens was born April 15, 1957 and passed away May 16, 2019. Patricia was born to Margie and Fred Ready in Amarillo. She loved to fish, garden and work in her wood shop. She retired from Amarillo College in 2008. Patricia always had a soft spot in her heart for children in foster care. While at Amarillo College she founded the Badger Hearts Club and provided each foster care student graduating from AISD with funds to transition to life after foster care. She is survived by her mother; four sisters, Stephany, Margie, Elisa and Tammy; a brother, Fletcher; her children, Scott Stevens and Aimee Stevens; five grandchildren, Jordain, Morgan, Lilly, Ciarah and Austin and two great grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make a donation to the Patricia Stevens Scholarship at Amarillo College or Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch.
