Penny Lee Harbin

Penny was born on September 22, 1962 in Amarillo to Bob and Gaye Harbin. She was known to be outgoing, a devoted friend, and the type of person who would do anything to help others. She was a loving daughter, sister and friend. She is survived by her 3 sisters, Tina Sutton and husband John of Reno, NV, April Harbin of Amarillo, Melody Scheets of Amarillo and her soulmate, DeWanna Adams of Amarillo; her beloved dog, handsome; nephew, Justin Beard of Amarillo, Cody Sutton of Reno, Austin Miranda of Clarendon, Chelsie Sutton of Reno, Kenzie Scheets of Amarillo, brother-in-law, Kenny Scheets of Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gaye Harbin; father, Bob Ray Harbin and niece, Karleigh Rae Neal Harbin
