Philip Larimore

Philip Larimore, 74, of Amarillo, passed away on April 18, 2024. The memorial service will be held at True Cemetery in Olney, Texas on Sunday, May 5th at 1:00 pm with Pastor Chad Edgington officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Phil was born on March 3, 1950 in Olney, Texas to Philip and Patti Larimore. He attended Olney High School. He married his sweetheart on April 7, 1972, together they celebrated 52 years of marriage. Phil dedicated most of his life to ministry. Philip loved his family and spending ever spare moment he could with them. He had a big personality, a generous heart, and loved people. He was loved by many and will be missed.

Phil was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Janie Larimore of the home; his daughter, Kathi Exline of Amarillo; his son, Lee Larimore of Lubbock; two grandchildren, Bowie Oliver Brae and Mia Exline; two brothers, Stephen Larimore and wife JoAnn of Wichita Falls and John Larimore of Olney; three nieces, Andrea Mason, Kristin Crawford and Sharla Crawford and their families. Survivors also include a host of extended family and close friends.
