Raymond G. Martinez, Sr.

Raymond G. Martinez, Sr. was born to Jorje and Pauline Martinez in Friona Texas. He was raised and attended school in Hereford Texas. He worked for his uncles at Gonzales Brothers Plumbing and Everretts Plumbing for a number of years. After which, he owned Ray-Mar Drain Cleaning & Repair. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents Jorje and Pauline Martinez; Son, Roman Martinez; Father-in-law, Nestor Mendoza Sr.; and Sister-in-law, Aracely "Sally" Mendoza. He is survived by his wife, Martha Martinez; children (youngest to oldest), Gabriella Miller, Cassandra Meers, Armando Martinez, Roxanne Hardy, John-Ray Martinez, Gina Ellis, Roberta Martinez, Raymond Martinez Sr., his siblings, Jesse Martinez, Sylvia Hernandez, Carmen Garcia, Grace Olivas and his 30 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren also surviving him are numerous nieces and nephews.
