Regina Northrup

Regina Northrup, 76, of Amarillo, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Celebration of Life Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Drive.

Regina was born September 20, 1948 in Harmon County, Oklahoma to Ernie Jack and Eloise Burton. She grew up in Texas and worked for N & L Investments as a property manager for over 15 years. She then worked for Basden Bail Bonds for ten years.

Regina was a devoted mom to four sons and she adopted and raised two daughters, Callie and Cassey. She loved spending time with her family. She attended Trinity Fellowship Church for many years. In her spare time, she loved lake and river trips where she liked to fish. She also enjoyed travelling to casinos to go gambling. Regina will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Chaquita Knight and Brenda “Tootie” Wagner; and a brother, Reese Moore.

Survivors include four sons, Shane Day and wife Debbie, Shannon Day, Wade Day, and Foy Felder and wife Kathy all of Amarillo; two daughters, Callie and Cassey; eight grandchildren, Michelle, Brieanne, Britani, DeShane, Tessa, Savannah, Cheyanne, and London; and numerous great-grandchildren.
