Rhonda Elaine (Cummins) Flowers

Rhonda E. Flowers 61, of Amarillo, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024. She had been battling Pancreatic Cancer for the past two and half years. Rhonda’s journey came to an end on that evening surrounded by her loved ones. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday January 20, 2024 at First Christian Church, 3001 Wolflin, with Reverend Brett Coe officiating. The family will be accepting friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Friday January 19, 2024 at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Rhonda was born on April 2, 1962 in Amarillo, Texas to Stanley and Mary Cummins. She graduated from Edmond Memorial High in 1981. Rhonda married the love of her life Timothy on August 1, 1981. Together they shared 42 years before her passing. Rhonda was a home maker, business owner and caretaker. Most importantly she was a Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt Hoot and Friend. She enjoyed bowling, shopping, traveling and the lake trips with her loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Stanley and Mary; her sister Debbie Birdwell; sister Cindy Kemp; sister Brenda Deal; her brother Maurice Cummins.

Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Tim Flowers of the home; her daughter Crystal Gallegos (James) of Amarillo, TX; her two sons, Dustin Flowers (Amber) of Mustang, OK; Michael Flowers (Giovanni) of Little Elm, TX; her bonus daughter Kimberly Doyle (Carl) of Edmond, OK; her bonus son Danny Kemp (Judith) of Leander, TX; her beloved fur baby Roxy Rose of the home; her six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; her seven grand dogs; her three brothers Dennis Cash of Edmond, OK; Don Cummins (Billie) of Amarillo, TX; Kevin Cummins (Deanna) of Canyon, TX; her two sisters Joyce Conaway (Pete) of Edmond, OK; Jo Ledford (Ken) of Spring Hill, KS. Survivors also include a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends.
