Rosalie E. Mcgimpsey

Rosalie was born on June 29, 1945 in Long Beach, CA to Thomas and Helen Genoway. She was raised in California, where she married Dayle McGimpsey on May 18, 1963. They moved to Lampasas, TX in 1970. Rosalie worked at Walmart for many years. She was an avid seamstress and made clothing for most of her family. Most of all, she loved being grandma to her grandchildren and cherished every minute she spent with them. She is surived by her husband, Dayle McGimpsey, Sr. of Amarillo; 2 sons, Dayle McGimpsey Jr. and wife Toni of San Angelo and Deon McGimpsey and wife Julie of Amarillo and 4 grandchildren, Allison MacDonald and Jacob, Joshua and Colt McGimpsey. Rosalie was preceded in death by her parents.
