Roy Savage

Roy was born in Wellington, Texas on November 10, 1935 to James and Flora Savage. He graduated from Wellington High School, and earned his Bachelor's degree at Wayland Baptist University. Roy worked as a welder at Wilburn Bros Welding for many years and TSTI for over 20 years. He was a member of Paramount Baptist Church- River Road Campus. He married Faye Hawkins in 1994. He will be greatly missed. Roy was preceded in death by his parents; a stepson Roger Hawkins; a step grand daughter, Jessica Hawkins; and a step great grandson, Deven Stone. Roy is survived by, his wife Faye Savage of Amarillo; One daughter Serena Savage Precht and husband Frank of Frisco, Texas; One son Stuart Roy Savage of Amarillo; Four stepsons, Lloyd Hawkins and David Hawkins and wife Kimm, all of Boulder City, Nevada, Perry Hawkins and wife Tammy, and Joseph Hawkins all of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
