Russell Martin

Russell was born December 15, 1950 in Altus, OK to Roy and Vera Martin. The family moved to Amarillo in 1961. He graduated from Caprock High School. Russell proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years. He was self-employed in construction for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Robert Lee Wooten. Survivors include his son, Robert Martin; one sister, Shirley Gallegos and husband George of Amarillo; two brothers, Otis Martin and wife Kathy of Amarillo, and Ronney Martin and wife Lourie of Amarillo; several nieces and nephews.
