Samuel "Luke" Cheatheam

Luke was born April 16, 1950 in Childress, to Doris and Samuel Cheatheam. He married Connie Sue Binns in Davenport, Iowa April 16, 1977 and they divorced in 1982. He later remarried and was married at the time of his passing. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. His hobbies included watching golf, shooting pool and bowling. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Jesse Cheatheam, a sister, Creta Cheatheam as well as several aunts and uncles. He is survived by his children, Trenia Cheatheam, Samuel E. Cheatheam and Matthew Cheatheam all of Davenport, IA; 8 grandchildren, Tanner, Tateum, Taylyn, Tassie and Samuel G. Cheatheam all of Davenport, IA, Josecelyn Boyer of Hampton, IL, Kourtney Steinecke and Kayla Creviston both of Davenport; 2 great granddaughters, Alyssa and Nevaeh Cheatheam of Davenport, IA; his siblings, Teresa Cheatheam of Tulsa, David Nielsen of California; 2 nieces, Devyn Jara and Vaeh Mae Olmos-Jara both of Amarillo; and his nephew, Matthew Shrauner; he is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
