Scott Day, 61, of Amarillo, passed away on December 11, 2023. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Friday December 29, 2023 at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive, with Pastor Dale Moreland Officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 6:00 PM Thursday December 28, 2023 at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home. Scott was born on May 26, 1962 in Amarillo, Texas. He graduated from Tascosa High School. Scott enjoyed motorcycles and watching football. He was a diehard Chiefs fan. For many years, Scott worked as an apprentice electrician. Scott attended Quail Creek Church here in Amarillo and was Baptized in July 2022.

Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia “Pat” Day.

Survivors include his two sons, Tristyn Day and wife Sarah of Amarillo, Jordan Day and wife Nicole Pearson of Austin; a dad, Ken Day and wife Patty of Amarillo; one Uncle, Sonny Inman and wife Mary of Houston; his cousin, Sharla Leggett of Colorado; three grandchildren, Luca Day, Alina Day, Taylor Day and a host of extended friends and family.
