Shanda Marie Patterson

Shanda Marie Hewitt was born August 1, 1979 to Bud and Debbie Hewitt. She was raised in Amarillo, where she graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1997. She married Richard Patterson in 2001. She worked as a CNA and Lab Technician. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She liked fast cars, the Greenbay Packers and was a lover of animals. Selfless and loved by many. Shanda is survived by her husband, Richard Patterson of Amarillo; son, William Patterson of Amarillo; mother, Debbie Brooks and step-father, Bryan Brooks of Amarillo; father, Bud Hewitt of Oklahoma City, OK; brother, Calvin Hewitt and wife, Bekah of Amarillo; half-brothers, Chris Wheaten of Amarillo and Brad Wheaton of Woodward, OK; aunt, Linda Madison of Amarillo; nieces, Emily and Brooke Hewitt of Amarillo, Allie Larkin and family of Amarillo; nephews, Reilly Hewitt of Amarillo, Michael Cooley and family of Amarillo; cousins, Micheal Madison of Amarillo and Chuck Thomas and family of Austin; Life long friend, Kristen Schultz of Germany. Shanda was preceded in death by son, Tyler Patterson and brother, David Hewitt.
