Sharon "Susie" Edmondson

Sharon "Susie" Edmondson, 65, died Wednesday, April 9, 2014. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Cox Funeral Home Benton Chapel with Charlie Cox officiating. Arrangements are by Cox Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Mrs. Edmondson was born Aug. 21, 1948, in Oklahoma City to James and Virginia Tatum. She worked many jobs, including a mail sorter at the prison, a beautician, and a supervisor for Wisdom Apartments for many years. Survivors include her husband, James Edmondson of Amarillo; a daughter, Monica Freeman of Arlington; two sons, James Edmondson and wife Diane of Amarillo and Rusty Edmondson of Dalhart; a brother, Jerry Tatum of Amarillo and six grandchildren.
