Sharon Davis Rogers

Sharon was born April 23, 1944, in Memphis to Garvis and Nell Davis. She was a member of the 1962 graduating class of Memphis High School. She married Monte Paul Rogers on July 14, 1962, in Memphis. Memphis was her lifelong home. She and Monte Paul raised their two sons there. She took much pride in being a homemaker, wife and mom. Her home was always open to friends, whether old or new. She loved her Lord and was a lifelong member of Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother, James Davis. Survivors include her husband, Monte Paul Rogers of Memphis; two sons, Bill Rogers and his wife Janie of Artesia, N.M.; and Don Rogers and his wife Laura of Graham; seven grandchildren, Su'Ann, Paul, Clif, Colby, Sheldon, Drake and Laren; and two great-granddaughters, Hayli and Kayti.
