Sheila Roberts Pezzello

Sheila Roberts Pezzello, 63, of Orange Park, Florida, passed away on May 24, 2023 in Amarillo after a valiant battle with pancreatic cancer. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday, June 02, 2023 at Levelland Cemetery, 1500 Ave. H. in Levelland, TX.  Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Sheila, the only one of her siblings not born in the U.S., was born November 22, 1959 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to Lila and Daryl Roberts. She was a patient yet spirited woman who was an example to her loved ones of when to be gentle and when to be fierce. In her spare time, Sheila worked on crafts, decorating her home, growing plants, shopping for gifts for her children and grandchildren, andfinding joy in the little things. Her greatest pleasure was creating special moments with her family. Sheila’s love for Jesus shone through in her words, deeds, and by sharing His love with those around her.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Pezzello; two sons, Jason Roberts and wife Tara of Houston, Jeremy Hart and partner Kala of Amarillo; two daughters, Amy Byford and Twila Nunn and husband Jimmy all of Amarillo; seven grandchildren, Haley, Alana, Evey, Aubryana, Chaden, Jimmy Jr. and Tommy; three brothers, Tommy, Dwayne, and David; two sisters, Sharon,and Sharla. She was loved by so many and will be missed.
