Shelby Dawn Hopkins

Shelby Dawn Hopkins, 23, of Amarillo passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Drive. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery.  Shelby was born March 30, 1997 in Amarillo. She graduated from Richard Milborn Academy in 2015. She worked in home health care for D&S Community Services and Daybreak. Shelby loved music and was a Harry Potter fanatic. She enjoyed adding to her knife collection and she adored her dogs. Shelby will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Mary Pence. Survivors include her mother, Tosha Hopkins of Amarillo; a sister, Haley Hopkins of Amarillo; her grandparents, Raymond and Frances Caple, and Teresa Caple of Amarillo; aunts and uncles, Steve and Stormy and Klause of Amarillo, and Rusty and Amy Caple of Borger; a nephew, Boe Gamble of Amarillo; and numerous cousins, who were like brothers and sisters to her.
