Sheron Jean Riley

Sheron was born on December 23, 1939 in Vernon to Ben and Lydia "Pete" Burk. She was raised mostly in Amarillo, where she married Edward Riley on December 26, 1964. They celebrated their 50 year anniversary on December 26th. She devoted her life to caring for others and worked in home childcare most of her life. When she was able, she was an amazing quilter and had a great fascination in breeding and caring for birds. Most of all, Sheron loved her Lord and was devoted in her Christian faith. She was a very involved grandmother and cherished spending as much time as possible with her family. She is survived by her husband, Edward Riley of Amarillo; 2 sons, Mitchell Wayne Justice and Amanda Sachs of Houston and Kent Duwayne Riley and wife Becky of Amarillo; 2 daughters, Natalie Howell and husband Coy of Lubbock and Kyda Riley of Amarillo; 12 grandchildren, Noble, Jeremy, Jacob, Christina, Madison, Kennedy, Riley, Nathan "Cole", Kyleen, Ivette, Sarah Kate and Mikayla and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents and sister, Vicky Burton.
