Shirley Craig

Shirley Craig, 87, of Amarillo, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. A Memorial service is planned in Greeley Colorado where she will be buried with her husband in the future.

Shirley was born on November 12, 1933 in Jewel, Kansas to Clark and Ina Stanberry. She married Curtis on June 12, 1952 in Dodge City, Kansas. They spent 45 wonderful years together. Shirley was an avid reader, and worked as a librarian at the Craig library. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Shirley was member of the Cowboy Church at the Craig Retirement Center.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Curtis H. Craig.

Survivors include a son, Stephen and wife Lillian; two grandchildren, Melissa Nuaves and husband Mike, Lucas Craig and wife Jessica; and three great-grandchildren, Koby Roder, Graydon Craig and Cadence Martin.
