Susan Adams

Susan Adams, 78, of Amarillo, passed away on Tuesday May 7, 2024. Graveside Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday May 16, 2024 at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Susan was born on December 11, 1945 in Amarillo to James and Elizabeth Collins. She spent most of her life in the Amarillo area and stayed true to her panhandle roots. Susan played tennis as a young adult and would often remark about how much she enjoyed the sport. She spent most of her spare time in her home as a homemaker. Toward the end of her life, Susan enjoyed managing her rental properties and spending her spare time with her two dogs, Pepper and Rudy Adams. She was loved by many and will be missed.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Robert Adams.

Survivors include long time close friend, Albin Ferguson of Amarillo and his son, Albin of Amarillo; her cousin, Cathy Dee and one niece, Lenzy Ham both of Colorado.
