Born September 16, 1952, Twila was raised in Groom and White Deer. Twila resided most recently in Panhandle, TX.

She is survived by her son Chy Jackson and wife Sara Jackson of Groom, her daughter Martie Jo Phillips and fiancé Waylon Strawn of Layton, UT, sister-in-law Phillis Jackson of Groom, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and special friend Daniel Leonard of Fort Worth, She was preceded in death by her father, T.C. Jackson; her mother, Fern Anderwald; and her brother, Charles Jackson.
