Born on December 24, 1951 in Amarillo, Texas. Vickie was the daughter of Billy and Goldie Cumming of Dalhart, Texas. She was a devoted mother to Christy and Andrea and the best grandmother to Jacey, Caleb, David, and Ansley. She just became a great-grandmother to Ursulina and Teagan in December.

Vickie found joy in quilting, embroidering, and baking. Her favorite memories are spending time with her grandkids, visiting her grandmother in Indiana, and the trip to Canada with her then-husband Bill.
