Wanda Prestidge Flowers

Wanda Prestidge Flowers was born on Valentine's Day of 1928 to Cecil and Anna Prestidge in Shamrock where she grew up with her parents, a sister & three brothers. In 1945 she once again celebrated Valentine's Day by marrying the love of her life, Fred Flowers. He preceded her in death on October 17, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Fred Flowers, her sister, Constance Morris, two brothers Louis and Carroll Prestidge. She is survived by her two sons, Larry & Lyndall Flowers of Amarillo, daughters, LaDonna & Gary Oldham of Samnorwood, Kathi Flowers of Austin, and Carol & Billy Pike of Amarillo. She is also survived by one brother, Jimmy Prestidge, of Shamrock. She is survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren with 4 more great grandchildren expected over the next few months. Following services, a reception will be held at the Holiday Inn Express, 8330 W Amarillo Blvd until 5:00pm.
