William Bartlett, 39, of Amarillo, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026. Celebration of Life Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Life Church, 8600 Canyon Drive, with Pastor David House officiating.
Will was born October 23, 1986 in Roswell, New Mexico. He grew up in Amarillo. He worked with his brother at Texco Energy Solutions before going to K-3 Towing, where he has worked for the last three years. He enjoyed his job very much.
Will met his wife, Jennifer, within the last year and it was evident from the start that this couple was meant for each other. They married on April 7th of this year. They created many happy memories together throughout their courtship and marriage.
Will was a jokester; some said he was a little rough around the edges. He enjoyed smoking meats and BBQ’ing, shooting guns, playing pool and riding motorcycles. He absolutely adored his kids. His favorite times were spent with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Jerry Judkins; and his grandpa, Elmer Smith.
Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Bartlett and her son, Wyatt Albritton of Amarillo; three sons, Jason Bartlett and girlfriend Azul of Amarillo, Hunter Jones of Granbury, and Hayden Bartlett of Amarillo; two daughters, Kaitlyn Bartlett and Melody McMeekin both of Amarillo; his mother, Debora Smith of Amarillo; his father, Virgil Smith, Sr. of Amarillo; two brothers, Virgil Smith, Jr. and wife Jessica, and Jimmie Smith and wife Nicole Finley all of Amarillo; and two sisters, Makinzee Smith of Amarillo, and Juanita Scott and husband Israel Martinez of Roswell, NM.
