Winton Ray Farrar

Winton was born April 4, 1953 to John and Zelda Farrar in Amarillo. He married the love of his life, Rhonda Farrar on November 20, 1976. They had three adoring children, Daphne, Patricia and Shawn Farrar. Winton was an avid fisherman and was always keeping everyone on their toes with his quick witted humor. The family suggests you bring a fishing lure in honor of Winton's memory to the service. He was an exceptional handyman and was known to be able to fix everything. He loved his cars and took pride in maintaining them. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Farrar; children, Shawn Farrar and wife Joyce, Daphne Brownlee and husband Ryan; Grandchildren, Thomas Lawson and wife Amanda, Savanah Farrar, Jakob Farrar, Laura Brownlee; Siblings, Alvin Farrar, Donnie Farrar and wife Peggy, Rex Farrar, Sabrina Malota and husband Harvey; mother, Zelda Farrar; and a host of other family and friends. Winton is preceded in death by his father and a daughter, Patricia Farrar. The family suggests memorials be sent to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
