Bo Mack Ioor, 60, passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Memorial services will be 5:00 PM Monday, August 23, 2021 at Tascosa Road Fellowship, 200 Tascosa Road with Victor Young officiating.
Bo was born April 3, 1961 and was raised by Sandy and Gary Adams. He married Lyndel Elizabeth McDaniel on March 18, 1986. They celebrated 36 years of marriage, raising a son and four daughters.
He worked for his father, Gary, at AV Plastering and Diversified Interiors while also owning his own business, Mount Me Tires, or as he called it, Big Sexy Tires, where he enjoyed serving his biker family.
Bo was a very devoted husband, father and “Pops”. The love he had for his family was outstanding and completely undeniable. He always had such a contagious smile no matter what the circumstances. His grandson will remember him as being the perfect wingman. His wife could never have a friend that didn’t know him well for his infamous hugs that he always gave. He was well known on 6th Street for making his rounds with his bottle of water and chatting it up whether you wanted to hear it or not.
In addition to his father, Gary Adams, Bo was preceded in death by his brothers Rick Crawford, Jeff Parker and Brad.
Survivors include his wife, Lynn McDaniel Ioor; his son, Adam Ioor and wife Danella; four daughters, Alisia Cox and husband Gary; Crystal Barton and husband Bryan; Kaylen Moore and husband Josh; and Raven Springs and husband Thomas; ten grandchildren, Kenslei, Aaron, Ricky, Ethan, Serenity, Aubrey, Bryan, Elizabeth, Nick and Eliza; three great-grandchildren, Adrian, Ava and Jackson; with a new addition, Lee Mack, arriving in February.
Family requests that memorial gifts be given to Ride for the Cure, c/o Harrington Cancer Center.
I stood and watched as my Brother rode by; it wasn’t the way it should be. He rode not his bike, but in a long black cage; and he rode by himself, not with me. But I shed not a tear for this Brother of mine for he lived free and loved his lifestyle. So ride on my Brother and rest in peace, till we meet again after a while. And when my time comes to take that last ride, you can bet it’ll be with a smile. ‘Cause I love to ride and I’ll be going home, so I’ll enjoy it to the very last mile.
