Carol Field

Carol Elaine Field, 81, passed away Friday, June 17, 2022 in Wylie, Texas after a brief battle with cancer. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 24, 2022 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Dalhart, Texas. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Thursday at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive, Amarillo, TX 79109.

Carol was born August 18, 1940 in Lubbock, Texas before moving to Dalhart, Texas in 1962 shortly after marrying Connie Field on May 2, 1959. 

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Connie Field; her parents, George and Dorothy Beal; and her sister, Shirley Stapleton. 

Survivors include sons, Doug Field and his wife Leslie of Adelanto, CA and Greg Field and his wife Dondi of Wylie, TX; her brothers, Bobby Beal and his wife Fadieh of Lubbock, Richard Beal and his wife Barbara of Lake Dallas; brother-in-law, Roy Field of Maryland; her sisters-in-law, Jo Field of Amarillo, Mary Lou Ritchey of Dalhart, Bonnie Sue Dooley and her husband Jack of Spicewood; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
