Carolyn Ann Bennett

Carolyn Ann Bennett, 76, of Amarillo, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021. Memorial services are scheduled at 2:00PM Friday, October 15, 2021 at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive.

Carolyn was born in Plainview, Texas on February 28, 1945 to Summi and Olive Bennett. She attended Amarillo High School. Carolyn later went on to Amarillo College to receive her Vocational Nursing license. She was a simple person who enjoyed taking care of others. Carolyn had such a beautiful voice, loved to sing country western songs. She loved animals, especially her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Summi and Olive Bennett.

Survivors include her two nieces, Melody Kincaid and husband David of Amarillo; Donna Bird of Lake Travis; two great nieces, Tracy and Katrina; three great nephews, Danny, Jerry, and Jack; one great-great niece, Zoie; and one great-great nephew Gerald.
