Colton Drown Obituary

Colton Tripp Drown, 25, of Amarillo passed away on Friday April 1, 2022. Celebration of Life Services will be 1:00 PM Friday April 8, 2022 at The Loft Church with Pastor Rick Chadick officiating. The Family will receive friends on Thursday April 7, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Colton was born February 13, 1997 to Derek Drown and Kelly Hodges. He was a hard worker who enjoyed music, gaming, swimming and dancing. He loved Star Wars and anything Sci-Fi. He attended Amarillo High School as well as Amarillo College, graduating with his Associates degree in December of 2019. Colton was a son, a brother and a friend. He enjoyed being with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Nana, Linda Redman Tripp.

Survivors include his Mother,  Kelly Hodges of Amarillo and his Father, Derek Drown and wife, Lynell; one brother, Alex Drown all of Amarillo; Step siblings, Dustin Taylor Brayden Cahoon, Kreston Cahoon and Kinsley Cahoon; his Grandparents, Jerry and Catharine Mannering of Comfort, Texas; Survivors also include a host of Aunts, Uncles, cousins and several nieces and nephews.
