Delores Breton Obituary

Delores Emma Nicholes Brenton, age 88 died at Kirkland Court Health Rehabilitation Center in Amarillo, Texas on Friday February 19, 2021 in the Alzheimer’s unit of heart failure.

Delores was born on December 17, 1932 in Liberal, Kansas. She worked at Pacific Bell in Vancouver, Washington before transferring home to Southwestern Bell in Amarillo Texas, retiring with 30 years’ service.

She loved everyone and everyone loved her. Never said a bad word against anyone.

Preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Fern Nicholes of Guymon Oklahoma. Brother Donny Nichols of Rolla Kansas. Brother Lavern Nichols of El Paso Texas. Sister Meriem Nichols of Amarillo. Sister Dr. Brenda Nicholes of Cleveland Ohio. Son in law Lynn Harriss of Amarillo Texas.

Survivors include husband Jim Breton, the love of her life for 51 years of Amarillo Texas. Son Doug Ford and his Wife Twana Richardson Ford of Amarillo Texas. Daughter Rhonda Ford of Amarillo Texas. Jim and Charlsye Oblander of Goodwell Oklahoma. Sister in Law Kathy Hoag of Troy, New York. Many cousins and nephews and nieces, and friends.
