Dylan Taylor, 26, of Amarillo, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2021. Celebration of Life Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Drive, with Rev. Rick Atkinson officiating. Dylan was born September 25, 1994 in Amarillo. He attended Arbor Christian Academy. He worked in landscaping for the state, and also in construction of metal buildings. Dylan loved going to the family’s ranch and working there. He enjoyed deer hunting, loved music, and was an excellent dancer. Dylan will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his two grandfathers, Tom Poage and Dr. John Taylor. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Shannon and Jason Ford of Amarillo; his father and step-mother, Tom and Pam Taylor of Quitaque; two grandmothers, Carolyne Poage and Pat Taylor both of Amarillo; two step-brothers, Alex Vivens of Canyon, and Grant Vivens of Amarillo; and a step-sister, Chloe Vivens of Amarillo.
